Utilithane® Biobased Green Polyurethanes meets the minimum requirement with the USDA BioPreferred Biobased Program for Water Tank Coatings at 59 Percent renewable resource content. The USDA BioPreferred Program qualified Utilithane® Biobased content through Carbon 14 testing.
Utilithane® Biobased Polyurethane Coatings are presently the only Biobased Polyurethane Coating that has a long-term track record for applications for Potable Water & Water Tanks, Sanitation Wastewater Manholes and Infrastructure, Secondary Containment applications, Power Plant re-circulation lines, and applications for Seawater immersion and splash zone.
